Hi, I’m Grace. I’ve spent over 10 years exploring the mind-body connection and what it means to feel truly embodied. I’ve learned there’s no single path to this process - an understanding that drew me to the person-centred style inherent in yoga therapy. My facilitation weaves together mind-body practices and therapeutic holding to meet each person where they are. The intention is to collaboratively explore the wisdom of your experience to enable insight and self-awareness.
I am passionate about creating a nurturing space where present-moment curiosity and respect guide the process. I have a particular interest in how emotions show up in the body, including difficulties to do with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, disconnection and loneliness. I also work with a range of issues around women’s health, sleep, and musculoskeletal imbalance, integrating modern knowledge with ancient yogic wisdom.
