Grace Robinson
Hi, I’m Grace. I’ve spent over 10 years exploring the mind-body connection and what it truly means to feel embodied. I’ve learned that there’s no single path to this process so I bring an integrative, client-centred approach to my work.
As a therapist, I work intuitively with yogic practices and therapeutic techniques to meet each person exactly where they are and respond to what they need most. My intention is to collaboratively explore your inner experience and the wisdom of your body to enable insight, self-understanding, and the ability to meet your own needs. I am passionate about creating a nurturing space where present-moment curiosity and respect guide the process.
I have a particular interest in how emotions show up in the body, including challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, shame, and disconnection. I also work with a range of issues around women’s health, sleep, and musculoskeletal pain, blending modern knowledge with ancient yogic wisdom.
I am certified by the British Council for Yoga Therapy (BCYT) and align my practice with the ethical standards of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP).
