GRACE ROBINSON
I have worked therapeutically across statutory services, third-sector organisations, and private practice with people navigating diverse life experiences and difficulties. I feel particularly committed to work that responds thoughtfully and humanely to those with complex or traumatic histories.
As a yoga therapist, I aim to offer a nurturing space in which curiosity and respect can guide the process. I have a special interest in the psychosomatic manifestations of anxiety, depression, shame, loneliness, trauma and grief. My approach is informed by therapeutic techniques rooted in person-centred theory, which prioritises empathy, non-judgement and unconditional positive regard.
I have access to therapy spaces in Vauxhall, London Fields and Highgate, and also offer online sessions. If you would like to learn more, I offer a free 20-minute consultation call, or you are welcome to get in touch via the contact page.
Fees are £65 for in-person sessions and £55 for online sessions.
