Grace Robinson

Hi, I'm Grace.
I’ve spent over 10 years exploring the mind-body connection and what it means to feel inwardly aligned. I’ve found that there is no single path to this process. As a therapist, while I draw on yogic practice, I integrate a number of techniques to meet each individual exactly where they are and respond to what they need most.

My intention is to collaboratively explore your inner experience and the wisdom of your body so that you can arrive at insight and the ability to meet your own needs. I am passionate about providing a nurturing space through present-moment focused curiosity while you develop embodied self-understanding.

I have a particular interest in the psychosomatic expressions of emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, low self-esteem, and disconnection. I also work with a range of challenges around women’s health, sleep, and musculoskeletal pain, using a blend of ancient yogic techniques and contemporary psychotherapeutic modalities.

If you’d like to learn more, I offer a free 20-minute discovery call, or feel free to email me with any questions.
